TAP is a non-governmental organization that aims to provide voluntary search and rescue services, medical support and humanitarian aid in the event of disasters; regardless of the age, gender, ethnicity, religous affiliation, or social background of the affected groups. It aims to raise social awareness about disaster preparedness, as well as to increase inter-operability among different national and international disaster agencies.
